We had a great turn out at the official opening event on 15th August . Thankfully the weather stayed fine for us. The children loved the balloon modeller and the face painter and everyone enjoyed the pizza cooked on our brand new earth oven. Our next event will be a harvest festival on Sunday 27th September.
……and had some lovely flowers planted outside the office door. We’re looking good.
We are researching the art, poetry, and music of World War 1 and its effect on the lives of ordinary people. To find out more follow the link above. The project is sponsored by The Heritage Lottery Fund.
